Abstract:
In the scientific article the author examines trends in the development of definitions of the concept "methodological culture" materials of scientific publications. The study can be summarized in four directions: "methodological culture"; "methodological culture of the teacher"; "methodological culture of the teacher"; "methodological culture of the teacher-researcher". All the above allows to come to the following conclusion that in open scientific sources there are no studies to substantiate the definitions of "methodological culture of adjuncts". Scientific novelty the following believes that the first proposed definition of methodological culture for the category of adjuncts. Methodological culture of the adjunct is the level of development of socially acquired skills, qualities and personality traits, the system of methodological knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, values, traditions, attitudes, norms and rules of behaviour, which manifest as the well-established scientific style of activity, which allows the associate to effectively and efficiently solve problems related to the organization of scientific-research and military-professional activity. This definition is logical, which reflects the nature and further development of the methodological concept of culture as it allows him to pass along to a new category of adjuncts, as a phenomenal form of training scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel for the armed forces.
